At KittyMart, we want you and your feline friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

 

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Be unworn or unused, with tags still attached.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item? The fastest way is to:

 

  1. Return the item you have following our return process.

  2. Place a new order for the item you’d like.
    Once your return is accepted, simply proceed with the new purchase.

 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
